I believe…

March 21, 2005

I believe in these basic fundamentals

I believe in Karma
Kindness begets kindness.

I believe anger can eat you alive.
but choosing peace, your salvation.

I believe martyrdom is a sad place to be in.
The role has been cast, find another part to play.

I believe it is easier to forgive others, than yourself.
Easier to feel pain than welcome wellness.

I believe that children do learn what they live.
Violence in their home can and will scar them for life.

I believe it doesn’t matter who you love,
as long as you do love.

I believe a convertible far outweighs a sedan
and a jeep beats a convertible by a mile.

I believe it is necessary to have an evening when,
you eat nothing but junk, and call it dinner.

I believe in using every resource available to do tasks yourself,
rather than hiring them out.

I believe parents are a success
if they can cause a cleaning spree with one serious look.

I believe in America,
even now in the midst of GW’s ego trip.

I believe in babies,
and the circle of life.

I believe when one person dies,
a baby is born.

I believe in pride.
In what I do and who I am

I believe in truth.

    and yeah… it’s a good thing i didn’t see the fight…
man things like that just get burned into my brain and when i heard yelling that’s what i see.
and that’s never a good thing.

  2. Annie,

I believe in you. In your wonderful words. I sat last night and read all your journal entries. Your way with words still to this day amazes me. But, then you are a truely amazing woman. A woman of passion, caring and kindness for all those around you. Your talent and creativity inspires me.
You give love. You give of yourself. You gave everything to me.
    Thank you my love,
    Jan

  3. Hilary,
I’m sorry that happened at your dad’s. They never should have put you in that position.
    I never would… I lived it
    …been there, done that.
    You deserve so much better.

    Remember my favorite quote Hil,
“May you always call home, your soft place to land.”
    Make it true for you.

    Jan :) Thank you pooh…
You… made it ok to create again.
Reminded me to be me, and urged me not to keep it all a secret.
It is because of you that I find the courage to speak truths here.
Maybe in the process others will learn to speak their own truths as well.

  4. By reading your last two entries I guess that’s why you liked Saddam so much, I did not mind him murdering his own people. After all he was making babies !
Then why do you appose GW Bush for according to your entries you and your daughter should be glad Bush is there since is also operating a baby making machine. Just an observation nothing more forgive if a played it wrong.

  6. You read what you wanted into my words.
I respect your right to do that.
We all filter what we see, read and hear daily depending on many factors in our lives.

Your reply has little to do with what I wrote and I will say that it does confuse me.
I believe you have chosen my blog to relay some point.
I’m leaving it here to give you that forum.
    Have a good day.

  7. Very interesting site… I wish I could write like you! Miky
